Scripture of the Day
Galatians 6:8 (NIV)
"Reaping What You Sow
The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.

I don't know who karma is, but I always hear folks saying, "Karma will always come back to get you for what you did!" So I did a little research to find out who is this karma! I quickly ran across tons of information in reference to this Indian religion concept of "action" or "deed", understood as that which causes the entire cycle of cause and effect . . . and its name is . . . karma!
Didn't GOD's Word speak on this! It's called reaping what you sow! We should be careful how we treat others. For example, those parents who never spend any quality time with their kids while they are young. Can't make it to their sport games, recitals, performances, etc. The parent who isn't there to help them overcome the heartbreak, or give them a word of encouragement in a time of need.
The Word of GOD says that they will reap what they sow! And I got news for them . . . karma won't be there to replace that loneliness! But in Proverbs 22:6, it says, "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." Sow the seed of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and faithfulness into the child's life, and trust me, you will reap the benefits of GODLY fruit!

Don't you just hate how people take the Word of GOD and stamp someone else's name (Karma)on it or give credit to something else. All truth originates with God and when someone else takes credit for it, its called plagerism!!! I think this is the result of wanting Kingdom living with out the KING!!
That is very true. If we just look around we can see that GOD is everything and everywhere. I like that part about wanting the kingdom living without the king. They want order, but they don't want rules!

Great post! Plagerism! It seems like every religion takes something from the Word of GOD to make their own. They will come up with their way of religion instead of GOD's Way of relationship!Salvation is not a right of passage to religion . . . it is a right of passage back into a relationship with GOD! Even when people spend alot of time building a "new" religion, GOD's Word still holds true . . . they will reap what the sow!
