Galatians 6:14
“Tooting Your Own Horn”
But GOD forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

Not to take away from anyone’s accomplishments, but we are not to boast in/about ourselves! We are not suppose to be walking around tooting our own horns! If we are to boast, it must be about what our LORD JESUS CHRIST has done for us. Again, rejoice in your accomplishments, but boast about the goodness of GOD! I cannot boast, for I have nothing of my own to boast about . . . but I have everything in the LORD to boast about! HE has done great things in my life! Psalm 44:8, “In GOD we boast all day long, and praise YOUR name forever. Selah” If there should be any tooting, sound the horns and trumpets for the LORD!
